Fresh Flavours on the River

Now, the way to someone’s heart is through their belly, so they had to upgrade dining! Toh Yuen continues to serve halal-certified Cantonese cuisine with a Sarawak twist. At the same time, River View Café is nothing short of its name, offering grill selections and buffets to devour alongside the stunning views of the Sarawak River. Matang Terrace has been refreshed into an inviting alfresco spot for sunset cocktails, and The Koffee keeps things casual with locally roasted brews, pastries, and cakes.

With all that delicious food and views, they couldn't leave out the entertainment and bar scene. Making its debut in Sarawak, Hilton's whiskey-forward bar concept, The RYE Speakeasy will pair premium whiskeys and signature cocktails with small plates inspired by local flavours, all set within a warm, mid-century-inspired space. Set to open in Q4 2025.
