Malaysia is now home to Lindt & Sprüngli’s first-ever retail store in Southeast Asia. The Swiss premium chocolatier opened its doors at The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur on 15 October, marking a new chapter for the brand in the region after more than 180 years of chocolate-making heritage.

Opened in partnership with retail partner Valiram, the store brings Lindt’s signature chocolate experience to a dedicated retail space, where visitors can explore its range of truffles, chocolate tablets and other treats.
At the centre of the experience is the LINDOR Pick & Mix station, where shoppers can create their own selection from up to 19 flavours, most of which are exclusive to the store. Beyond the iconic truffles, the shelves feature Lindt’s EXCELLENCE dark chocolate range, with cocoa concentrations from 70% to 90%, EXTRA CREAMY milk chocolate and the new WAFERS range.

Those stopping by can also look forward to in-store exclusive soft serve, personalised gifting collections and hampers, alongside festive offerings ahead of Christmas. Specially trained chocolate advisors will be available to help visitors explore different flavour profiles and put together a selection to suit their preferences.

This opening is only the beginning of Lindt’s retail expansion in Malaysia. Two more stores are planned for Kuala Lumpur in November, at Merdeka 118 and Mid Valley Megamall, extending the brand’s presence across the city.
For now, the first stop is The Exchange TRX, where Southeast Asian chocolate lovers can experience Lindt’s world of Swiss chocolate craftsmanship under one roof.
